The following reports and testimonies share experiences from our events:

Nuevo Laredo, Mexico Business Conference:

I had the opportunity to be part of the team in charge of leading a Marketplace/Entrepreneurship Conference in the city of Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. During that time I taught about “Marketplace Reformation; A Biblical Mandate”, “Transformational Entrepreneurship; Business with a Purpose”, and also shared about the “Keys for Living a Life of Impact”. Together with the other team members we were able to share good foundational teachings ranging from a solid theological/biblical view of work and the marketplace to the practical steps to start and/or grow your own business.

During the conference we had people from different states and regions in Mexico who were eager to receive and grow in wisdom, knowledge and understanding in how to do business God’s way. They came out of the conference full of excitement and ready to continue expanding the Kingdom of God and transforming their cities and nation. I am always impressed by the work God does in people’s lives during these events. People are transformed and empower to fulfill their calling, purpose and God given destiny.

Wealth Builders Conference in Nassau, Bahamas:

On January 31 - Feb. 2, 2019 a Lead Global 360 team with Apostle John P. Kelly, Michael Bolton, Annika Daley, Bill Thomas, Kimberly Thomas and Anthony Young led a Wealth Builders Conference in Nassau, Bahamas. They taught and trained on Kingdom and Business Best Practices and how it can ultimately lead to successful economic development and social transformation.

“Concerned Leaders for a Nation” well describes the heart of church leaders who gathered for the conference. Many also meet with team to learn more about how the Apostolic Movement should be embraced by both church place leaders and market place leaders and other vital issues regarding the Bahamas.

Dr. Jacintha Higgs, a former Senator and current Director of Development in the Prime Minister’s office, attended the meetings. Dr. Higgs, developer and overseer of Akhepran International Academy, met with the team to discuss the need for local women to be trained and educated in entrepreneurship and business development.

Kimberly Thomas, CEO of Lead global 360, is coordinating the strategic planning process with government officials in an effort to meet government’s goals of education, entrepreneurship, business development and social transformation.

Ecuador Transformational Leadership Conference:

Over 1,000 Ecuadorians gathered in Guayaquil, Ecuador for its First Annual ICAL Transformational Leadership Conference, hosted by Apostle Francisco Loor.  Apostle Loor oversees a megachurch in Guayaquil and a sister church in Riobamba, and owns two local television stations.

Apostle John Kelly, and ICAL Ambassadors to Latin America, Miguel Perez and Damaris Perez, challenged leaders to rethink – and reform – mindsets necessary for national transformation; new mindsets needed for collaboration and mobilization in all spheres of society.

Seven-Spheres Leaders convened as Apostle Kelly explained the mission of ICAL and set forth the beginning of an Ecuadorian Coalition of Apostolic Leaders.  Church and marketplace leaders were visibly challenged and encouraged by Apostle Kelly’s teachings, as well as that of Damaris and Miguel Perez.

In Riobamba, Pedro Khipo and the Daquilema Credit Union Staff hosted the ICAL team.  The Daquilema Credit Union is instrumental in bringing financial stability to its members through education, training, and business development opportunities, which, in turn, is positively impacting the city and the region.

Many thanks go out to ICAL hosts, Apostle Francisco Loor, his wife, Elsa, their daughter Raquel, and church members for the beautiful celebration that included music, food and the traditional customs of the Ecuadorian people. And many thanks to Pedro Khipo and the staff at Daquilema Credit Union!
